METHODOLOGY

Every project is unique. My approach adapts to your company’s size, needs, and digital maturity.

This is probably the most important phase of the project. Before transforming, it is essential to understand. And to truly understand, listening, observing, and asking the right questions are key.

Through interviews, document reviews, data analysis, and access to your systems, I build a complete picture of how your company operates today: which processes are well defined, where more time than necessary is being spent, and what information is missing to make clear, informed decisions.

This is a highly collaborative phase, where your involvement and that of your team are essential. It is not just about analyzing tools, but about understanding how people actually work with them. Every conversation and every data point helps map your reality: daily dynamics, operational challenges, and opportunities that are not yet being fully leveraged.

PAINT POINTS

I identify the areas where effort does not translate into value. These may include repetitive tasks, frequent errors, or dependencies that consume time, increase risk, or drain resources—both financial and human.

DIAGNOSIS

With all the information gathered, I conduct a digital maturity assessment that reflects the company’s current situation and highlights opportunities for improvement. These opportunities are reviewed together, prioritizing those with the greatest impact.

PROPOSAL

Based on this analysis, I develop a project proposal with a clear structure of phases, objectives, and an estimated budget, fully tailored to your business needs.

COLLABORATION AGREEMENT

The process concludes with a contract that defines the financial terms and the “definition of done”—a concept from agile methodologies that specifies the concrete deliverable or outcome that validates the completion of each phase. This ensures the entire process is transparent and measurable from day one.

Unlike traditional, more rigid and linear methods, agile working is based on short, measurable phases known as iterations. We schedule review sessions at 6 and 12 months to track the defined KPIs, measure impact, and correct any deviations.
